Computer Repair & Service Waiver
This waiver is between __________________(“Client’s Name”) and Dixon Technology LLC, referred to as "DT" throughout this document. DT provides computer repair and service to clients, and the Client acknowledges that DT is not liable for any loss or damage to their computer, peripherals, software, data, or other property resulting from DT's services, including but not limited to data loss, software corruption, hardware failure, or other technical issues.
The Client understands that Dixon Technology’s services are provided with a 30 day warranty, and that DT is not responsible for any issues or damages that may arise from the use of their services. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Dixon Technology harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of DT's services.
The Client also understands that Dixon Technology may need to access their computer, software, and data to diagnose and repair any issues, and agrees to grant DT permission to do so. The Client acknowledges that DT may need to install or update software, and agrees to accept any license agreements associated with such software.
Dixon Technology reserves the right to terminate any services at any time, and the
Client agrees to pay for any services rendered up to the time of termination. The Client also understands that they are responsible for backing up their data and software before any service is performed, and that DT is not responsible for any data loss or corruption that may occur during the course of the repair or service.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this waiver, and agree to be bound by them.
