Device Pickup Policy
At Dixon Technology, we are committed to providing high-quality repairs and services while ensuring a smooth pickup process. To avoid delays and unclaimed devices, please review our Device Pickup Policy below.
1. Pickup Notification & Timeframe

Customers will receive a pickup notification via text, email, or call once their device is ready.

Devices must be picked up within 30 days of receiving this notification.
2. Payment Requirement

A deposit or full payment must be made before any repair work begins.

If no deposit is made, full payment will be collected on the back end before the device is returned.

Full payment is required at the time of pickup. No device will be released without full payment.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, Zelle, Cash Apps, Apple Pay, Chime and PayPal.
3. Scheduling a Pickup

Customers should schedule a pickup time during our business hours.

If a scheduled pickup is missed, the customer must reschedule within 48 hours.
4. Unclaimed Devices & Abandonment Policy

Devices not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned.

Abandoned devices may be resold, recycled, or disposed of at our discretion to recover costs.

If the original owner loses possession of the device after the 30-day period, they will be required to repurchase it at the current set price if they still wish to reclaim it.

Dixon Technology is not responsible for unclaimed devices after the 30-day period.
5. No Holds Without Deposit or Payment

Devices will not be held beyond 30 days unless a deposit or full payment has been made.
6. ID Verification (If Needed)

A valid photo ID may be required at pickup to verify ownership.
7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking messages and responding promptly regarding their device status and make all payment.

Dixon Technology is not liable for unclaimed devices past the stated policy deadlines.
